  3. Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you wish to change or cancel your order, it is best to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change or cancellation depending on the status of your order.
  4. How long will it take to receive my order?

    We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Depending on your location and product availability, delivery time may vary. We will always inform you of the estimated delivery time of your order.
  5. What if my order is damaged or incomplete?

    If your order is damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible and make sure you receive the correct products.
  6. Are your dietary supplements safe?

    Yes, all of our dietary supplements are safe and meet all legal safety standards. We only work with manufacturers that meet the highest quality and safety standards, and we extensively test all of our supplements before releasing them on the market.
  7. Can I track my order?

    Yes, in most cases you can track your order via a track & trace code. This code is often sent by e-mail as soon as the order is shipped. This way you can see where your package is and when to expect it.

Additional information about ordering

When you come across an offer from us you can place an order by leaving your details and paying € 59,95 via iDeal or direct debit. The payments go through a secure payment environment. A few minutes after your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.


You will receive a monthly shipment upon payment of the product (€59.95) in your mailbox within 6 calendar days.

Do you use the repeat convenience service?

If you like the product, you don't have to do anything. The repeat convenience is started. You will receive the product each month until your cancellation (€59.95 per shipment including shipping).


You can purchase once or in a repeat convenience service subscription. As a participant in the repeat convenience plan, you will receive a follow-up shipment each month just before your last received monthly shipment runs out. The payment (direct debit) takes place after the shipment is sent. You do not have to do anything else. If you have opted for an E-invoice, you will receive a digital invoice with payment option in a timely manner by e-mail. You can change, postpone or stop the repeat convenience plan at any time. This can be done without giving any reason by contacting our customer service.

Don't like the product?

If you do not like the product, you should contact us via the customer service unsubscribe from the service and return the product. The login information can be found in the confirmation email you receive at the time of the order.

What is an e-invoice?

An E-invoice is an electronic invoice that you receive by e-mail. To avoid additional charges, the invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt. You can pay the invoice amount via iDeal, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. You will find payment instructions in the email.
